"Enter into a child's play and you will find the place where their minds, hearts and souls meet" - Virginia Axline

Hello! I'm Ash...

Ash and a monkey

I have been working therapeutically with children for over 14 years. It is a true honour to be able to be a part of each and every child's unique journey and to support them in their emotional healing.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I am also a parent of two children. And I enjoy spending time in nature, travelling and eating Thai food!

I strongly believe in the importance of trying to find moments of peace and joy in this modern and busy world. Parents are juggling work, life, family and countless other responsibilities so it's important we find moments for rest, gratitude and personal well-being wherever we can!
